How do I sign up?
Stop in at any branch or call a Financial Services Representative
at 920-236-7040, or 800-448-9228, to have CU On-line setup.
What is a PIN (Personal Identification Number)?
A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is your password for logging
into CU On-line. Your PIN should never be shared with anyone.
If you enter your PIN wrong three (3) times, your CU On-line will
be disabled. To unlock your call, contact a Financial Services
Representative at (920) 236-7040.
Do I have to log off?
When you are finished using CU On-line, you should use the Logoff
button. If this is not done, you will automatically logged
off after six (6) minutes of inactivity. If you are automatically
logged off, every transaction that you have done was instantly
posted to your account. Nothing is lost or undone if you
are automatically logged off.
How long can I be on?
There is no time limit on how long you can be logged into CU
On-line; however, to ensure the security of your accounts, we
will automatically log you off if you are inactive for six (6)
minutes.
How many transactions/inquiries can I do? per visit? per day?
per month?
Inquiries and most transactions are unlimited. Account
restrictions, which are explained in the disclosures which you
received when you opened your account, apply to on-line banking.
What types of transactions can I do?
- Obtain balances, and other details, on all of your accounts.
- Make transfers between accounts.
- Make loan payments
- Review account activity.
How current is the information?
The available balances are real-time and will change throughout
the day based on your account's activity.
How far back does the history go?
You view the last four months of account activity through CU
On-line Home Banking.
When will my transfers take place?
All transfers happen immediately.
Can I transfer funds from my account to my spouse's account?
Yes. You should be able to transfer funds between all accounts
on which you are a joint owner. If an account on which you
are a joint owner is not showing up on the transfer screen, please
contact a Financial Services Representative at 920-236-7040, or
800-448-9228, to have it setup.
Is there a way to authorize someone else to use my account?
How?
No. The only way that someone else can access your account
is if you give them your account number and password. However,
this would allow that person to access your account whenever they
wanted to and let them do whatever they wanted to. We suggest
that you do not share your account number or password with anyone.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your CU On-line password, contact a Financial Services
Representative at 920-236-7040, or 800-448-9228.
Can I use CU On-line outside the United States?
Yes. Since CU On-line is an Internet based program, it
is available worldwide.
Does CU On-line have a bill pay service?
Yes. eBillpay
is available through CU On-line. Click

Do I need to install any special software?
No. All you need is a computer and an Internet Service
Provider (ISP). If you currently have Internet access, you
will be able to access your accounts on our Internet website.
What is the required computer equipment, software and browser?
To access CU On-line all you need is Internet access. It
is recommended that your browser be able to handle 128 bit encryption
which be Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and Netscape Navigator
5.0 or higher. Click
